Marketing Manager

Virtual Peaker seeks an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be vital in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our DER management solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation efforts, as well as retention among Virtual Peaker customers.
• Conduct market research to understand Virtual Peaker customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Work alongside the product team to develop compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products from competitors and resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing product launches.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including sales presentations, website content, product demos, and case studies, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
• Assist with tracking and creation of industry-speaking abstracts to position our team as thought leaders in the industry.
• In collaboration with the digital marketing manager, analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
• Serve as a primary administrator for our HubSpot instance, including configuration, customization, and platform maintenance to meet the needs of our marketing, sales, customer, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related experience
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the energy or technology sector
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and in-person events
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms, including HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote-first environment
