Skycharger (SC) is seeking a Fleet EV Charging Program Manager to join our development and operations team, working remotely in the San Diego area. This position is an opportunity to join a high growth and dynamic company in the fast- paced renewable energy industry. The ideal applicant will be a hardworking, ambitious, self-motivated, and creative problem solver who can help take complex renewable energy development projects from start to finish and then support ongoing operations.

This position will contribute directly to the success of the company by supporting the efficient and timely construction and operations of large, high-power EV Charging infrastructure. The Program Manager will work directly with the rest of the team and will report to the COO of Skycharger.

The Fleet EV Charging Program Manager is responsible for tracking and facilitating the construction of company-developed and owned assets by third party contractors and ensuring successful results, which includes the timely completion of projects, contract management, procurement of equipment, effective data management, and the long-term operational performance of the projects. The Program Manager will take point on developing Skycharger’s port & drayage charging projects, as well as drive the success of our Trucking as a Service program- which leases electric medium and heavy-duty trucks to small fleet operators.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• Support the development and implementation of the Trucking as a Service program, including working with local ports, fleet operators, and other stakeholders to plan and implement community and driver education/outreach efforts.

• Plans, directs and coordinates port and fleet-focused project activities with stakeholders to ensure that goals/objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget allocation.

• Track Medium & Heavy-Duty EV project construction including design and engineering, equipment procurement, budget, schedule, contractor supervision, and client relationships.

• Ensure successful project execution, contract compliance and regular communications.

• Prepare and submit or manage third-party submissions to agencies/oversight boards.

Powering Independence

• Establish and monitor project budgets and deviations from plan.

• Communicate regularly with team members and project teams, and

serve as Skycharger’s local representative in the greater SoCal region.

• Understanding of all aspects of the project, including engineering,

technical, buildability, and schedule to achieve project success.
