The Role

This Marketing Operations Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skill set in performance marketing in a fast-growing enterprise software company. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for taking the Optiwatt library of learnings, content and strategic plans and implementing campaigns for clients across North America. Supported by the Marketing Manager and supported by a team of creative and development contributors, you will strengthen effectiveness and efficiency of the Optiwatt Marketing product, a major differentiator within our industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective and timely external and internal marketing campaign launches by coordinating between the Optiwatt team and clients
  • Support communication with clients, vendors and community-based organizations (CBOs)
  • Help our creative and product teams manage program details and client preferences to ensure client satisfaction and a positive user experience
  • Maintain and grow the creative asset library to boost conversions and improve the effectiveness of future campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance with support from the Optiwatt ad and data teams

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Asana project management system
  • Experience working with creative contributors including designers, writers and web developers
  • Experience with community outreach and development (1:1 organization outreach and social media engagement)

$55-$75K Annually
