We are seeking an individual with these personal attributes:

  • Team Player: We’re looking for team members who contribute as individuals, communicate effectively with other team members, and treat all employees with dignity and respect. We are looking for people who lead by example, make and keep commitments and getting things done every single day, while also helping others succeed and enjoy their jobs.
  • Customer Focus: We need to drive a fanatical devotion to our customers throughout our team, ensuring that every delivery possible is made on time, and that our product maintains the highest quality standards. We need team members who will challenge themselves to do the right thing for the customer, even when it is not easy or convenient.
  • A Natural Problem-Solver: We are seeking an individual capable of working independently and that is self-motivated to identify and address problems as they arise. If you are looking for someone else to tell you what needs to be done, this is not the job for you – we want you to identify problems and then drive solutions, while obviously also listening to input from teammates, superiors, and operators on the shop floor.
  • Enjoys the Work and Sees the Vision: We are seeking a candidate who wants to be in a manufacturing environment and to be an integral part of building a successful company from the ground up. You will join CleanFiber not only for your career and income, but for the adventure of building business, changing the building materials industry, and improving the lives of our employees and customers. You will feel success when the team and our customers are successful.
