You’ll collaborate across editorial, audience development, and production teams—leveraging AI and automation to elevate your work, not replace your creative vision or editorial judgment. - Own and execute original programming for McClatchy’s Communities of Interest, identifying trends and stories that spark engagement
- Oversee all phases of production, managing budgets, schedules, and freelance talent to deliver high-impact projects
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure content authenticity and audience growth
- Use AI tools and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and amplify your creative impact
