Be the Voice of Wichita’s Suburbs: Audience-Focused Reporter
The Wichita Eagle, part of McClatchy’s innovative, digitally driven network, is seeking a self-starting, audience-obsessed reporter to cover Wichita’s vibrant and growing suburbs. You’ll deliver fast, need-to-know stories that matter most to suburban readers—covering everything from development and education to safety, politics, and new places to eat or do business.
This role is perfect for a resourceful journalist who thrives on building loyal audiences through consistent, high-impact storytelling. What You’ll Bring
Apply with your cover letter, resume, and 4–6 work samples.
